The start of Pottingshed...

In 2016, my youngest daughter got married.

For the center pieces of the tables at the reception they wanted succulents instead of fresh flowers - definitely a first for us as a family but we soon learned just how beautiful these plants were. All the different colors and variants, we soon fell in love with these beauties and pretty much got obsessed.

My daughter and her fiance bought a few plants from which the rest grew. We planted the succulents in handmade wooden boxes and these were handed out as gifts to special guests at the end of the ceremony.

But it didn't stop there. Because we couldn't plant everything into the flower boxes, a lot of plants remained and we continued growing and expanding these in our greenhouse and ever since, the variants and quantities continued to grow. They get bigger and more beautiful everyday and keeping these to ourselves is simply, selfish.
