The Kalanchoe luciae has smooth flat leaves that has a beautiful red color when exposed to enough sunlight.  It is monocarpic but easily propagates from offsets

Leaves are up to 6" (15cm) long and 5" (12.5cm) wide
Minimum of 20 degree F and -6.7 degree C
